Galleria publish their own results on the treatment pages. Most visitors never see them — they sit halfway down pages that open with a paragraph about pollution.

Who treats you

A needle in your face is not a haircut.

The single most common reason someone leaves an aesthetics website without booking is that they never found out who would be treating them.

They have the answer most practices do not

A named physician owns the practice, a board-certified nurse practitioner clears every patient medically, and their own site states that injectors work under the supervision of Dr. Marjon Monfared. In Texas that is exactly what a patient is entitled to find out. On their site it sits inside pop-up biographies on the About page, one click behind four headshots.

Two sentences on their site that should come down

Their body-sculpting page promises the result, and promises it within a week, and the laser hair removal page says treatment “permanently removes the unwanted hair”. Promised outcomes and permanence claims are what the FTC and the Texas Medical Board look for first. Neither appears on this page — it is their content, written so it can be defended.

For their patients

What a doctor-owned med spa actually changes.

01

A medical clearance before anything is injected

Valerie Alvarado, a board-certified nurse practitioner, checks that treatment is appropriate for you first. It is the step most walk-in injectable bars skip.

02

A consultation that costs nothing

Consultations are free. A small deposit holds the time and is refunded at the visit or put towards treatment — their words: “we’d never charge you just to chat.”

03

Care in English or Spanish

Their nurse practitioner is bilingual, so the medical conversation can happen in the language you think in.

04

The same injector, visit after visit

Patients name their injectors in their own Google reviews — Jocelyn comes up again and again for lips. You can ask for the same person every time.

Questions

The things people ask before they book.

I have never had anything done. Where do I start?

With a free consultation. You talk through what you want to change, a nurse practitioner checks your medical history so treatment is appropriate for you, and you get a plan before anything happens.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. A deposit holds the appointment, and it is either refunded at your visit or put towards your treatment. The deposit is there to keep the diary open for everyone, not as a booking fee.

Who will be treating me? Is there a doctor?

The practice is owned by its medical director, Dr. Marjon Monfared. Valerie Alvarado, a board-certified nurse practitioner, carries out medical clearance and injects. Jocelyn Banda and Brenda Camerillo, a registered nurse, also inject, under Dr. Monfared’s supervision.

Can I be seen in Spanish?

Yes. Valerie Alvarado, their nurse practitioner, is bilingual.

Which areas can anti-wrinkle injections treat?

Crow’s feet, the frown lines between the eyes, the forehead, a lip flip, lines around the lips, the neck, jaw tension, and excessive underarm sweating. Your injector will tell you what suits your face at the consultation.

How long do anti-wrinkle injections and fillers last?

Their own guide is that anti-wrinkle injections last a little over three months, and fillers six months or more. It varies with the product, the area and the person, which is why follow-up is planned at the consultation.

How long does a HydraFacial take?

Between thirty and forty-five minutes, depending on what you want from it. Many patients book one monthly as maintenance.

What happens during microneedling?

The skin is cleansed and a topical numbing cream goes on first. The treatment itself takes about twenty minutes. Recovery varies, and your provider will go through it with you beforehand.

How many Laser Genesis sessions will I need?

It depends on what you want to improve and how pronounced it is. Galleria generally suggest monthly sessions, and often a HydraFacial beforehand so the skin is as clean as possible.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please give at least forty-eight hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments mean a deposit is needed for the next booking, and a promotional price is lost if a promotional booking is moved.

Do I need a deposit on a Saturday?

Yes — every Saturday appointment, every online booking, and any appointment of an hour or longer needs a deposit. The team send a payment link; if it does not arrive, call the clinic and they will resend it.

When are you open?

Tuesday to Friday, nine to five, and Saturday nine to one. Closed Sunday and Monday.

Your virtual assistant

Meet Sandy, the front desk that never goes home.

She knows every treatment Galleria offer, who performs them, the deposit rules and the opening hours. Ask her out loud — she answers in about a second.

  • “What is the difference between lip filler and a lip flip?”
  • “Who would be doing my injections?”
  • “Do I need a deposit for a Saturday?”
  • “¿Puedo hablar en español?”
  • “Book me a free consultation next week.”

The upgrade

The same Sandy can answer the phone.

What you just spoke to is the website half. The identical agent — same treatment knowledge, same booking rules, same voice — can be connected to a phone line to catch the calls nobody gets to.

Unanswered calls. Sandy picks up when the line rings out because the room is busy.
After hours and weekends. She answers questions and takes bookings while the doors are shut.
Overflow. When two calls arrive at once, the second one stops going to voicemail.

Nothing about your existing number changes. You keep it, you keep answering it, and Sandy only takes what you would otherwise have lost. You can listen to every call and read every booking she makes.

  1. Sandy gets her own numberA dedicated line, never published to your guests.
  2. You set the forwarding rulesBusy, no answer, or after hours — your choice, with your carrier, reversible in a minute.
  3. She answers what you missSame knowledge she has here. She can also hand a caller straight to a human.
  4. Bookings land in your systemConnected to your real diary once you say so — never before.

Turn the demo into a decision.

Everything on this page came from galleriaesthetics.com — your own photographs, your own team, your own results, your own policies. Nothing was invented and nothing was bought in. A 60-minute Discovery Call with Ignatius covers what it takes to run properly — the phone line, the deposit reminders, the diary — and whether it is worth doing at all.
